Job Responsibilities Sales Executive job circular
➤ Stay up-to-date on the current market
➤ Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launch as well as developing new business opportunities.
➤ Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers on digital media
➤ Competitor and customer insights analysis
➤ Must have good communication skills
➤ Community management: Social Media
➤ Keep engaged with the customers and followers on social media
➤ Assisting the creative team
➤ Maintaining a good relationship with the vendors
➤ Communicate with the delivery partners
➤ Solving different seller issues. For Example Invoice printing issues, Sync Issues, etc.
➤ Solving different customer issues like “Missing Item Issue”, “Color Confirmation Issue”, “Size Confirmation Issue”, “Cancellation Issue” etc.
Educational Requirements
➤ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) / Marketing
Experience Requirements
➤ 06 Months to 1 year(s)
➤ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
