Quality Control Officer Job Responsibilities

  • Monitoring inbound and outbound calls. Customer Service performance.
  • Developing, creating, and implementing call center quality processes and procedures.
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze daily reports for productive actions.
  • Provide feedback to Call Center Supervisor and concern department, Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirement

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be proficient with MS Office. Focus on quality and customer service.
  • Solid Time Management skills.
  • Age limits: At most 30 years.


Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Contact Center Services

Education Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline.

Salary: Negotiable
