Position: Executive – Marketing & Sales (Concord Agro Development Limited)
Job Context of Marketing Executive Job
The successful Executive (Sales & Marketing) is responsible for ensuring regular sales of plant and nursery products (Plants & seedlings, nursery materials, nursery equipment, etc.) to corporate offices or outsiders customers under Greenfield Agro Nursery, LCC, of CEnCL. Key responsibilities include contacting the clients, ensuring initial design, preparing the design, submitting a quotation, following up ongoing work, billing and ensuring deposition, ensuring plant name & criteria planted in different places, ensure ideas about several items of plants in proper places, visit LCC nursery & another nursery about updating plants-materials & equipment, innovative idea for increase sales & promotion of nursery production.
Job Responsibilities
To achieve monthly sales target as per the yearly sales projection.
To build a good relationship with the customer, and clients (inside & outside) to promote sales, organize fairs & other promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
To ensure area mapping, an estimate of cost, prepare design, prepare competitive quotation, billing, and ensure deposit as per work order.
To examine plants for diseases, insects, damage, weeds, and nutritional disorder, to protect the health of the plants, and ensure the quality of materials to customers as per work order.
To prepare sales to report on a regular basis or when required.
Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Requirements of this Marketing Executive Job Circular
Diploma in Agriculture/Forestry with 3 years experience in related works. Qualification may be H.S.C/B.An experienced person in a related field.
Skills Required: Brand Promotion, Corporate Sales and Marketing, E-commerce, Hospitality Management, Marketing, and Sales
Experience Requirements: At most 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Agriculture, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research, Marketing, Nursery.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro-based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
