Ensure HR-related issues – Plan, Development, Recruitment and Performance management, Rewards & Recognition, Promotion and Increment, Training & Development Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies, initiatives, Values & Code of Conduct of the company.
Preparing job descriptions, job postings, CV, conducting interviews, and shortlisting the candidates for onboarding.
Handling employee on-board and off-board processes.
Manage monthly Payroll activities accurately and timely, following proper compliance.
Maintain employee benefits and personnel records.
Attendance Management & Leave Management.
Assist with the day-to-day compliance issues of the human resources department like handling workplace investigations, and disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Prepare all notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedules, etc., organize meetings, and record and circulate the minutes to the respective personnel.
Create and publish job ads in various portals.
Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including different government agencies to ensure smooth operation.
Responsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities, and security of all the company properties.
Exposed to Access Control & Time Attendance System, Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency Contact.
Responsible for surveillance system (including emergency telephone system, CCTV, and PABX system). Ensure the all Office security & safety system.
To ensure regular payment of monthly rent, utility bills, vendor payment, etc Maintaining good relationships with all vendors.
Responsible for arranging all occasions of the company as per management requirements.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management Skills Required: Computer skill
Experience Requirements: At least 5 years.
Age 26 to 35 years
