Mermaid Eco Tourism ltd. looking for a confident, friendly Hotel Front Desk Executive to be responsible for welcoming guests, managing online and telephonic bookings, and verifying guest’s payment methods during check-in. You should have a pleasant and professional disposition with guests and other hotel staff. To be successful as a Hotel Front Desk, you should provide guests with general information about the hotel and surrounding area, and stay up-to-date on attractions that may be of interest to guests.

Job Responsibilities of this Front Desk Executive Job Circular

Processes reservations by e-mail, telephone, or central reservation system referral. Answering Phone calls, social Media Queries & email queries.

Prepare booking information & proceed with confirmation to clients.

Prepares Letter of Confirmation.

Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to fellow mates. Any responsibility provided by the management team.
