Job Responsibilities

Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.

➤ Respond to comments/messages and customer queries in a timely manner.
➤ Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
➤ Monitor ads on social media.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Knowledge of social media channels.

Planning social content and maintaining the content calendar ensures social media content is regular, relevant, and engaging.
Weekly reporting on social media engagements.
Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy.
Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university
1 to 2 years experience in the related field (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
Experience in working in Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing will get preference

Good communication skills both in verbal and written form;
Ability to work in a team and work under pressure;
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills (both in Bengali and English)
Highly computer literate in Google Workplace (google doc, google spreadsheet and google slides)
