Global Immigration Consultants Ltd Job Context
The selected candidate has to be involved with event management and all the field works and negotiations that are necessary for the needful deal closure.
Responsibilities for This Event Management Job
- Arrange the monthly and weekly company seminars in alignment with the marketing department
- Manage multiple monthly company events and address potential problems that may arise
- Communicate back and forth with the concerned authority of the avenues such as hotels to lock events
- Meet the corresponding hotel authorities to communicate, negotiate and finalize the events
- Plan event details and aspects, including seating, dining, and guests
- Remaining under budget with all costs
- Be engaged in all sorts of field works that the company and the company events demand
- Travel for the sake of locking events that are to take place outside of Dhaka and manage the corresponding parties too
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image
- Maintain relationships with vendors and venues
- Responsible for remaining up-to-date with the hotels and similar venues that provide the opportunity for conducting seminars and counseling sessions
- Plan for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
