Job Responsibility for Customer Care Executive Job
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and social media interactions.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Employment Status: Full Time
Salary: 14000k per month
Daily 8 hours duty.
1 Off day per week.
