Job Contest

The Executive, Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director. This includes managing the Managing Director's calendar and schedule and coordinating travel arrangements. preparing. and reviewing correspondence, and organizing. and maintaining files. screening and prioritizing phone calls and emails, and attending meetings. researching. and gathering information, and assisting with personal tasks. proofreading. and editing copy. interpreting data. creating data summary presentations, assisting with social media management filtering emails, and responding to inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar ad schedule appointments. meetings, and conference calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including fights, hotels, ground transportation, and visa application.
  • Prepare and review correspondence. reports. and other documents for signature and approval.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents related to management activities.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
  • Research and gather information as needed for the projects and initiatives.
  • Proofread and provide edits for copy and other materials as needed.
  • Interpret data and create data summary presentations.
  • Assist with social media management.
  • Filter emails and respond to inquiries.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the authority.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications/Research Development, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Research and analysis skits.
  • Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
