Job Responsibilities
- Create and implement holistic branding approaches that foster brand expansion, enhance market dominance, and attain revenue objectives through both digital and traditional platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, retail, and e-commerce, to ensure alignment and integration of Branding activities across all touchpoints.
- Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets, and competitor activities to gain valuable consumer insights, market trends, and opportunities.
- Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved.
- Plan and execute online-offline branding initiatives.
- All other duties as directed by the management.

Requirements:
- BBA/MBA major in Marketing (Brand Management) from any reputed university with good academic record.
- 2 to 5 years experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/Development, Brand Promotion, Brand Value, etc.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consumer goods (Milk food, Tea, etc. preferable)
